Genuine popularity proportional to number of Birthday Treats ?

I really do hope that it is true. I count the number of people who initiates the treats, not the number of ppl who tags along (though I do not doubt their sincerity either, as they can easily cook up excuses. Afterall, it is after office hours.)

So, comparatively to most ppl in the office that I know of, (my boss included, hahaha), I probably rank one of the top few..
