Time of the Year
It's the time of the year again.
Soon, my company's DnD event.
It has always been a bit tough for me, as I will always not be able to be comfortable coming out to my whole company.
That means I have to enjoy lonely time, while I see others having fun with their spouses.
Or I may also join the single guys and talk about girls and talk about going to "have fun".
Am I not giving my colleagues a chance ? Am I just too scared ?

aside from that, yeah i can understand your concerns. coming out at work is not to be taken lightly, and if the organisation is homophobic enough, one's career might be greatly affected.
If there are other gay or lesbian people in your company, maybe you can join them?
Yeah, thanks for your advise. Didn't know about this new option.
My company is an SME. Less than 50 people. No other GLBTs that I know of.
If you are in signel, I posted an article about a "Gay Recruiment Guide", made in UK for gay and lesbian students to work in gay-friendly organisations. Currently debating whether it can be done here. :D
Just go with your friends now, I suppose.
